Job summary

Contour is hiring for an entry-level aviation maintenance role at Contour Maintenance MQY in Smyrna, TN. You will gain on-the-job training across hangar operations, including stores, tooling, shipping/receiving, aircraft maintenance, avionics, and components.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to pass a DOT drug screen and TSA checks, and a willingness to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced aviation environment. 18+ eligibility and English literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must understand, read, and write English.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining or repairing aircraft and related components under supervision.
• Perform daily scheduled and non-scheduled inspections and maintenance.
• Support safety-focused practices in all processes and procedures.
• Assist in troubleshooting defective aircraft systems and components.
• Contribute to various projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.
