Job summary

AVNIK Defense Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Engineer for its Huntsville, AL location. You will bridge Army Aviation system design and sustainment, supporting lifecycle planning across the 12 Product Support Elements (PSEs).

You will perform Baseline Comparison Analysis, Business Case Analysis, and develop data-driven strategies with Army PM stakeholders to drive sustainable, cost-effective aviation solutions. This is a fast-paced role requiring collaboration and clear communication.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required for this position.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline plus six (6) years of experience; or ten (10) years of related experience. Advanced degree a plus (MS + 4 YOE or PdH + 2 YOE).
• Experience with Army Aircraft Systems or Prior Military Service to support Army Aviation Systems Development, Integration, Sustainment and Logistics Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform Baseline Comparison Analysis; System Development and Sustainment Assessments for supportability across lifecycle.
• Identify technology opportunities for integration into lifecycle sustainment development.
• Identify cost opportunities to reduce logistic costs in future sustainment activities.
• Conduct Business Case Analysis (BCA) as part of Aviation Fielded Weapon Systems Working Groups.
• Cite critical data and information for logistics engineering analysis for KPPs and KSAs per PSEs for lifecycle sustainment.
