Job summary

Aero Centers in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Lineman Technician to join our ground handling team. You will marshal, fuel, tow and service aircraft, coordinating arrivals and departures, while operating tugs, fuel trucks and transport vans safely. The role demands a proactive, personalized service for private and business aviation clients.

We value reliability, teamwork and safety, with weekend and holiday availability. A High School diploma or GED is required and aviation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in aviation ground handling preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication is required.
• Must be 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing ramp area.
• Fueling/defueling aircraft as requested.
• Move passenger/crew cars as required.
• Ground power servicing.
• Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed.
• General cleaning of debris from ramp, building and customer area.
• Routine daily quality control inspections and procedures of re-fuelers.
• Provide oil service for aircraft.
• All associated record keeping.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
