Job summary

Sheltair Tampa is seeking a versatile Line Service Technician to greet and marshal aircraft, provide fueling (Jet-A and 100LL), assist passengers and crew with baggage, and support ramp operations in a fast-paced airport environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid state driver’s license (CDL preferred), completion of NATA Safety 1st training with recurrency every 2 years, and passing FAA/DOT compliant drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NATA Safety 1st training with recurrence every 2 years required.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Must complete the company training program.
• Must pass FAA/DOT-compliant pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing, ramp area.
• Provide lavatory and water service as required.
• Provide shuttle service for passengers/crew as required.
• Fuel aircraft Jet-A and 100LL as required.
• Assist with customer service duties as required.
• Provide oil for aircrafts as required.
• Assist with general cleaning and clearing of debris from ramp, building and customer area.
• Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed.
• Assist with wing walking duties as required.
• Sump fuel tanks and trucks daily and record finding.
• Comply with all company and airport regulations.
• Perform other duties as needed.
