Job summary

Atlantic Aviation in Ketchikan, AK is seeking a Line Service Technician to deliver aviation ground support in a fast-paced outdoor environment. You will fuel/defuel aircraft, marshal signals, tow aircraft, and provide lavatory and potable water service while upholding safety and customer service.

The role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duty, with occasional travel to support other Atlantic locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and receive fuel to and from company tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
• Operate ground support equipment as required (lavatory and water service carts, GPU, deice truck, etc.).
• Perform ground marshalling using aviation signals.
• Provide customer service activities such as assisting with aircraft scheduling and fueling.
• Assist with aircraft turning, loading, and unloading.
• Ensure buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and organized.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits of equipment and facilities.
