Job summary

Atlantic Aviation in Stratford, CT is hiring a Line Service Technician to join our team providing aviation ground support services. You will fuel/defuel aircraft, marshal aircraft, and manage passenger and baggage handling with a focus on safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Physically able to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in aviation environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and receive fuel to and from tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
• Operate ground support equipment including lavatory and water service carts and GPU.
• Perform aircraft marshalling using standard signals.
• Assist customers with scheduling and fueling.
• Support aircraft turning, loading, and unloading.
• Keep buildings and grounds safe, clean, and organized.
• Conduct regular onsite safety inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Occasionally travel to support another Atlantic location.
• May be assigned to other Atlantic locations based on business needs.
