Atlantic Aviation FBO Services, Inc. in Stratford, CT is hiring a Line Service Technician. The role supports aircraft ground handling, fueling, baggage handling, towing, marshalling, lavatory/water service, and other ground support tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Capable of frequent walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and receive fuel to and from tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
• Operate ground support equipment including lavatory and water service carts and deice truck.
• Perform ground marshalling using aviation signals.
• Assist customers with scheduling and fueling.
• Help with aircraft turning, loading, and unloading.
• Keep facilities safe, clean, and organized.
• Participate in daily/weekly onsite safety inspections and audits.
• Occasional travel to other Atlantic locations as needed.

Line Service Technician Responsibilities

• Deliver and receive fuel to and from company tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
• Operate all company ground support equipment as requested or required, including lavatory and water service carts, ground power unit, deice truck, etc.
• Perform ground marshalling using standard aviation signals.
• Perform customer service activities such as helping customers with aircraft scheduling and fueling.
• Assist with aircraft turning, loading, and unloading.
• Ensure all buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and organized.
• Conduct or assists with daily/weekly onsite safety inspections and audits of equipment and facility operations.
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.

Line Service Technician Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• 18 years of age
• Avalid state driver's license
• Be comfortable and physically able to work in an environment with frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and climbing.
• Be physically able to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis up to 50 lbs.
