Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and customer service skills required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate line service technicians.
• Provide aircraft refueling and exceptional customer service to general aviation customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations; train new employees.
• Maintain fuel inventories and order supplies/equipment as needed.
• Oversee ramp operations including towing, wing-walking, directing and parking aircraft.
