Qualifications

• Kitchen or food service experience required.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, heat, or cook menu items according to SOPs and guidelines.
• Maintain stock levels in FOH and BOH with FIFO rotation.
• Ensure food safety and proper expiration labeling.
• Load/unload dishwasher and sanitize cookware and stations.
• Keep kitchen and lounge area clean and organized.
