Job summary

Capilaux Aero in Miami, FL seeks an experienced IT Manager to oversee the IT function within a fast-paced aviation MRO environment. You will manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure and user support, and identify opportunities to improve and develop the company’s technology.

You will provide hands-on technical support across offices and shop-floor, maintain Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft 365, networks and security, and lead IT projects ensuring robust cybersecurity and reliable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software and networking.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and network infrastructure.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day IT function across the business.
• Provide hands-on technical support to office and shop-floor employees.
• Manage Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft 365 and user accounts.
• Maintain servers, networks, routers, switches and IT equipment.
• Manage IT security, access controls and basic cybersecurity.
• Oversee hardware, software and system updates.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware and software issues.
• Manage IT support requests and external IT providers.
• Maintain IT documentation and equipment records.
• Support the implementation of new systems and technology.
