Job summary

StandardAero in Maryville, TN is seeking a Stockroom Clerk to manage daily stockroom operations, maintain accurate inventory, and coordinate logistics to support internal and external customers. You will count, receive, and process materials, review supplier documentation for accuracy, and allocate materials to work orders based on priorities.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, adherence to ITAR, familiarity with ERP systems and FAA/EASA storage requirements, and strong organizational

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform light physical work.
• Must meet US Persons requirements per ITAR.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with pallet jacks and hoists.
• Well organized with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think outside the box when solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Count, sort, receive, and process incoming materials.
• Review supplier documentation for accuracy and traceability.
• Process pick tickets and allocate materials to work orders.
• Maintain accurate ERP inventory and process transactions.
• Manage hazardous materials per HAZMAT requirements.
• Maintain FIFO shelf-life program for issued stock.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to meet FAA/EASA requirements.
• Generate and review ERP reports to prioritize work.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
