Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking an Interior Technician to work on private aircraft interiors, including carpeting, insulation, soundproofing and fabric components. Duties include parts replacement, basic electrical work, and refurbishments under the Interior Team Leader.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to safety and quality in a hangar environment. Strong teamwork and reliable transportation are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license or passport is ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical work on aircraft interiors and related systems.
• Carry out minor modifications with minimal direction.
• Maintain and use weight and balance data and turnover/work orders.
• Ensure shop cleanliness and safe handling of tools.
