Job summary

Johnson Service Group, Inc. is contracted with Gulfstream Dallas to provide an Interior Installation Technician I in Dallas, Texas. The role involves removing and installing aircraft interiors and fabricating components according to procedures and quality standards.

Under supervision, you will use hand tools and shop equipment, follow safety rules, and maintain paperwork and part-tracking records. This position requires good English reading/writing and physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED; applicable installation, fabrication experience or trade school preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work in varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform aircraft interior removal, installation, and/or fabrication per work order instructions and specifications.
• Use material tracking system to create parts demand, track squawks and sign off paperwork.
• Follow SOPs when using tools and equipment; maintain shop equipment.
• Comply with safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies and use PPE as required.
• Support certification and final phase testing, including flight tests as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
