Gulfstream Aerospace in Appleton, WI seeks an Interior Install Tech II to remove, install and fabricate aircraft interiors according to design specs. The role includes mentorship by senior staff and training by lead tech, with first shift, 4x10-hour days and overtime as needed.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years in installation or fabrication, preferably in aerospace, with strong blueprint literacy and English communication skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of installation, fabrication or related experience.
• Experience in aerospace industry preferred.
• Must read blueprints and/or 3D drawings.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsabilidades

• Safely perform aircraft removal, installation, and fabrication of interiors (galleys, closets, panels, etc.).
• Coordinate with supervision and Inspection to ensure FAA paperwork and quality specifications.
• Use material tracking system to create parts demand and sign-off work.
• Follow SOPs when using hand tools and power tools; maintain shop equipment.
• Prepare and install interior items per procedures and quality standards.
• Remove and reinstall nut plates, inserts and fasteners; proper hardware usage.
• Adhere to safety, 5S, and housekeeping policies; address unsafe conditions.
• Assist technicians under supervision; adapt to schedule changes.
