Job summary

Flexjet LLC is seeking Interior Installation Apprentices to join our in-house maintenance facility, offering an earned-as-you-learn path on private aircraft interiors. You will gain hands-on experience removing, installing, and refurbishing seats, cabinets, and galley equipment under supervision, while learning to read technical documents and safety procedures.

This full-time apprenticeship emphasizes team collaboration, attention to detail, and adherence to Transport Canada requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical training asset.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills (Windows and MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Assist with removal, disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and installation of aircraft interior components.
• Support installation and removal of interior furnishings under supervision.
• Assist in interior modifications, refurbishments, and repairs as directed.
• Work both inside aircraft and in shop environments.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Learn to interpret technical documentation with guidance.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Communicate progress and challenges with Crew Leads and team members.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and Transport Canada regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
