Aviation Insurance Broking Leader - Mid / West US - This role offers a significant opportunity to inherit a substantial book of aviation business to develop and lead. You will take on a leadership position responsible for strategy and growth.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing a solid portfolio, executing national growth strategies, and having a voice at senior management levels.

You should have a passion for the aviation industry and a strong network of contacts. Importantly, you will not need to build a book from scratch, as you will have a solid foundation to work from.

The company boasts a robust infrastructure to compete with top US aviation insurance brokers, including advanced technology, in-house product expertise, and data analytics.

Despite its size, the firm maintains a nimble environment that allows for close team connections and meaningful relationships, with options for remote work and multiple office locations.

The role involves both corporate and high net worth aviation business, including airline clients, with key coverages like non-owned aviation hull and liability insurance.

About you:
