WSP Global Inc. in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an Aviation Project Manager to lead complex airport infrastructure programs across Northern California.

You will manage planning through construction, guide multidisciplinary teams of engineers, planners, and environmental specialists, and coordinate with airport authorities and regulators. This role requires 10+ years in infrastructure or aviation projects, strong client management, and a track record delivering on time and within budget.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience managing complex infrastructure, transportation, aviation, airport development, or capital improvement projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams through design and construction.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage aviation projects from planning through design, permitting, construction, and closeout.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, planners, architects, environmental specialists, and construction professionals.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project performance and provide updates on schedule, budget, quality, risk and milestones.
• Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, FAA representatives, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and manage communications with clients and internal teams.
• Manage project financial performance, resource utilization, and contracts.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design activities and review technical deliverables and quality-control documentation.
• Identify and manage project risks and facilitate issue resolution.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationship management.
