Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking a dedicated Custodian to perform daily janitorial tasks around the hangars and facilities in Chattanooga, TN. The role reports to Facilities Maintenance Manager and requires reliable attendance and a high school diploma.

You will clean floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas, operate custodial equipment, and help maintain a safe, orderly workplace. This full-time, on-site position offers competitive benefits and a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Custodian experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend work daily as scheduled, including overtime and weekends.
• Notify supervisor if unable to work.
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
• Report unsafe conditions to Facilities Maintenance Manager.
• Read and follow label instructions on chemical materials and powered equipment.
