Job summary

Ovation™ Air is seeking a Part-Time Line Service Technician to support ground operations for inbound and outbound aircraft, crews, and passengers. Weekend coverage is required with shifts from 5:00AM-1:00PM and 11:00AM-7:00PM.

The role offers hands-on training and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, supplemental insurance, employee discounts, and PTO. Responsibilities include fueling, ramp coordination, and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Detail oriented and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to undergo Airport Identification and Badging process.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays, and overtime.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service during every interaction with crew members and clientele.
• Deliver safe and efficient aircraft services while providing a welcoming atmosphere to customers and other guests.
• Coordinate and direct ramp movements for arriving and departing FBO flights.
• Fuel aircraft in accordance with ATA 103 specifications and quality control standards.
• Maintain all aspects of fuel handling services and related documentation.
