Job summary

Swissport in New York is seeking a Fueling Supervisor to lead fueling operations, ensure safe on-time fueling, and coordinate with airline and airport teams. You will supervise staff, enforce safety practices, and manage daily fueling activities in a high‑pace aviation environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of fueling operations experience.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, health, safety and environmental activities at the fueling station.
• Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products.
• Supervise fueling staff and maintain daily fueling operations.
• Coordinate activity with lead-fueler and fuelers for in-plane fueling and ground equipment.
• Disseminate instructions and monitor fueling personnel activities.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, MWAA, OSHA and company procedures.
• Assist in training newly hired staff and leads.
• Account for fuel dispersals and receipts.
• Interface with airlines shift management and airport operations.
