Job summary

FSM Group, LLC in Denver is seeking a Fuel Facility Operator to inspect, test, and manage aviation jet fuel at the airport facility. You will monitor daily operations, document activities, and ensure ATA Spec 103 compliance.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, issuing and transferring fuel safely, performing quality tests, maintaining records, and supporting maintenance and repair tasks. The role requires English proficiency, basic math, and flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a federal fingerprint background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Two years of experience in ATA 103 fueling procedures and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, issue, and transfer aviation jet fuel safely while recording all Pertinent information.
• Perform daily system inspections and maintenance per ATA Spec 103 and procedures.
• Review daily pipeline receipt schedule and ensure sufficient tank ullage for next day allotments.
• Complete and maintain documentation on operational matters according to procedures.
• Perform fuel quality tests and analyses per ATA Spec 103.
• Maintain knowledge of ATA Spec 103 and related manuals and regulations.
• Inspect equipment and hydrant systems; ensure safe operations and report issues.
• Balance workload by covering other areas as needed and follow safety rules.
• Assist mechanics for repairs and maintenance and update daily records.
