Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Aviation Superintendent (Terminal) for a direct hire to lead operations at the Carolina Puerto Rico Airport fuel depot. The role emphasizes safe, compliant and efficient handling of fuel; strong leadership of a unionized workforce; and oversight of budgets and audits.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in operations management in fuel or similar environments, a bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred), and fluent English/Spanish communication to support cross-site

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; engineering degree preferred.
10+ years of operations management experience in technical/industrial environments.
Leadership of teams in unionized settings with training compliance experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong regulatory knowledge.
Experience with budgeting, audits, and financial/operational controls.

Responsibilities

Oversee safe and efficient operations at the airport fuel depot with compliance to standards.
Lead depot staff, conduct shift briefings, and provide hands-on leadership.
Manage inventory, safety/environmental requirements, and audit support.
Coordinate daily activities, budgets, and drive a culture of safety and excellence.
