Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service/hospitality experience required.
• High school diploma or GED certificate required.
• 18 years of age or older and a valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance.
• Make hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft.
• Process customer purchases and fuel transactions.
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots to meet all customer service needs.
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• You may be assigned to another Atlantic location based on proximity and business needs.
