Job summary

Atlantic Aviation at GPI in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for arriving clientele and interact with corporate flight departments.

The position includes scheduling hotel and catering for inbound and outbound aircraft, processing fuel transactions, and supporting pilots and line service staff. Availability for various shifts, weekends, and on-call duty is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age.
• A valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with professional service and assistance
• Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
• Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
• Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.
