Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in aviation finance or aircraft leasing.
• Advanced financial modeling and cash-flow analysis skills including valuation and transaction economics.
• Experience evaluating and executing complex investment or asset-financing transactions; aviation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and evaluate advanced financial models with debt structures, taxes, and stress testing.
• Analyze asset and portfolio returns, lease performance, cash flows, and investment opportunities.
• Partner with accounting on lease classification, revenue recognition, depreciation, and aircraft purchase/sale accounting.
• Support ASC 842 and other lease-accounting standards.
• Evaluate and execute complex leasing, investment, financing, and aircraft-related transactions.
• Prepare investment analyses and executive-level reporting for senior leadership.
