Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of working experience in facility maintenance.
• Must be able to clean using fluids normally used in custodial duties.
• Ability to lift or push less than 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Sweep driveways and walkways.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Spot check lobby, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Clean restrooms with disinfectants and mop floors.
• Dust tables and clean surfaces.
• Prepare facilities for events.
• Notify managers of major repairs or additions.
