Job summary

NetJets Services, Inc. is offering an Aviation Environmental Compliance and Sustainability Intern position in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on supporting projects related to environmental compliance, data collection and analysis, and collaboration with a department mentor.

The intern will gain exposure to NetJets operations, sustainability practices, and the company’s approach to environmental initiatives, while developing professional communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
• Possible degrees: Environmental Science/Engineering, Sustainability Management, Aviation/Aerospace Management
• Task-oriented, organized, and conscientious.
• Clear, professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, positive, personable, and ability to develop relationships.
• Must be proficient in EXCEL, Word, Outlook and have experience with internet research.
• Must be comfortable with Excel spreadsheets, tracking, and analysis.
• Excellent critical thinking/problem solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Purpose of Position

Interns are assigned special projects and various other duties that are intended to provide them with valuable professional work experience and industry insight. Interns will perform meaningful work alongside other talented professionals gaining insight to NetJets' unique culture and business philosophy.
