Job summary

INTERCONNECT WIRING is seeking a Test Programmer to design and implement test programs and test cables using the DITMCO tester. The role involves researching components and specifications, updating tables and programs, and tracking repairs and reworks.

Candidates should have a technical background in aviation electricity or electronics, be able to read drawings and schematics, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and CAD software. Aerospace experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Technical background in aviation electricity or electronics.
• Able to read drawings, schematics and other engineering data.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office using multiple versions including Excel, Access, SharePoint, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Design test programs to test items using DITMCO tester.
• Design test cables to test items using DITMCO tester.
• Research components, parts, mating information as required.
• Research specifications as required.
• Computer literate - Able to update tables/programs as needed.
• Track test cable repairs and reworks.
• Design test cables to be hard wired to tables.
• Troubleshoot DITMCO wiring analyzers to board level.
• Troubleshoot manufactured products to component level.
• Troubleshoot DITMCO wiring analyzer hardware and software issues.
