Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in San Diego, CA is seeking an Intern in Electrical Engineering to learn and contribute to the design and development of electrical systems for aircraft and ground stations. You will work on wiring diagrams, panels, and various avionics-related tasks, with cross-functional coordination across engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role targets students pursuing EE or related degrees, offering hands-on experience with CAD/PLM tools and exposure to multiple aircraft

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with CAD/PLM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create system wiring diagrams, circuit breaker panels, and control panels using CAD.
• Research and prepare engineering drawings and coordinate with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production.
• Design avionics, RF, LAN, Data Processing, and power distribution systems; support testing and integration.
