Job summary

Avcon Industries, Inc. is seeking skilled technicians to join a fast-paced aircraft modification team in Kansas. You will work on Electrical Avionics installations, wire harness builds, and interpretation of wiring diagrams for complex projects.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a small team, and willingness to travel occasionally to support modifications and testing.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with installation, modifications and wire harness building.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with FAA approved practices and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Read wiring diagrams, interpret diagrams and construct wire harnesses.
• Identify, tag and locate equipment in aircraft.
• Troubleshoot systems using drawings, manuals and applicable software.
