Job summary

Tetra Tech AMT is seeking a Data Analyst to support a high-visibility FAA project, contributing to the standup of executable processes and analytics under FAA management for pre-departure planning. The role may require in-person work at FAA facilities and coverage of nights, weekends, and holidays as needed across a national program.

The successful candidate will leverage statistics, modeling, and machine learning to predict outcomes such as delays and disruptions, bridging complex mathematics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with establishing a strategic deconfliction process with aviation stakeholders.
• Develop analytics to predict outcomes and address flight delays and disruptions.
• Document FAA processes and roles to enable execution of the deconfliction plan.
• Collaborate with FAA and industry partners to obtain data for the NAS model.
• Support training of FAA staff on process execution.
