Job summary

HEICO's Aircraft Technology, Inc. (ATI), a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, seeks a Customer Support Manager to lead sales and customer support for an FAA 145 Repair Station.

You will develop sales opportunities, prepare quotations, review invoices, and negotiate terms while ensuring delivery commitments to customers. The role emphasizes training, budgeting, and continuous improvement in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in aerospace, aircraft MRO, or military supply industries preferred.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish language is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, multitasking ability, and flexibility.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently; continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate customer support and sales activities for an FAA 145 Repair Station.
• Review RFQs, create quotations, review invoices, and negotiate pricing/terms.
• Communicate delivery commitments and manage customer service issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain training programs for sales and customer support personnel; hire/train team members.
• Maintain customer and sales data; create weekly status reports and portal updates.
• Participate in budget planning and monthly/weekly meetings; ensure records are accurate.
