Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Aviation or FBO experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers at the front desk and ramp in a professional, service‑oriented manner.
• Manage front desk operations: phones, scheduling, reservations, and payments.
• Coordinate aircraft arrivals/departures, hangar reservations, fuel requests, and concierge services.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, service orders, and daily records.
• Coordinate with ground support and operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support ramp operations and assist with line service duties as needed.
• Complete opening/closing duties as assigned.
