FALCATA's AISR Division is seeking an Aviation Maintenance Crew Chief to support ground and flight operations at Sierra Vista, AZ. The role emphasizes adherence to FAA/IACO/DoD standards, meticulous record-keeping, and coordination with operations managers.

Experience with UAS group 3-5 maintenance, DCMA procedures, and strong technical reporting skills are highly valued. Willingness to work extended hours and adapt to shift schedules is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years maintenance experience on flight line or UAS operations preferred.
• Knowledge of FAA/IACO/DoD flight and maintenance standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe daily aircraft maintenance and flight line operations at the Test & Training Site.
• Maintain compliance with ground and flight procedures and inspections.
• Prepare detailed maintenance records and reports for managers.
• Maintain COMSEC equipment accountability and tool control.
• Work extended hours or shifts as needed.
