Technology Service Corporation is seeking an Aviation Crew Chief to oversee aircraft maintenance and flight line operations at an OCONUS location. The ideal candidate will have expertise in systems troubleshooting, knowledge of industry standards, and the ability to manage maintenance records and tools. Strong communication and independent work skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.

The role requires US Citizenship and a Secret security clearance, along with proficiency in technical manuals and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Group 3-5 UAS and subsystems.
• Skilled in electrical system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in electrical testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aircraft maintenance and flight line operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Conduct Technical Inspections and sign off on completed work.

Skills

Expertise in airframe, powerplant, electrical, mechanical, and RF systems troubleshooting

Strong knowledge of aviation flight line procedures and maintenance operations

Detail-oriented with analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently in high-paced environments

Expertise in industry standards (FAA/ICAO/DoD)

Ability to obtain Crew Chief Designation post-training

Education

High School Diploma or GED plus 3 or more years of Maintenance experience
