Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 1+ year of experience in social media, content creation, photography, videography, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in aviation, travel, luxury services, or education is a plus but not required.
• Interest in aviation and ability to learn aviation terminology and company operations.
• Experience creating and editing short-form social media video content.
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertising, recruiting, promotional materials, events, sales initiatives, internal communications, and other marketing channels.
• Proactively identify and capture content opportunities across Rocket Air's operations, including aircraft, flight operations, maintenance, avionics projects, products, employees, students, customers, events, facilities, milestones and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Plan, capture, and edit short- and long-form video content including Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube videos, employee features, testimonials, educational content, promotional videos, and company storytelling.
• Support social media presence by maintaining content calendars, scheduling, captions, and digital copy; optimize content for platforms and maintain brand voice.
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to align content with priorities and campaigns.
• Produce creative assets for digital and traditional marketing channels and coordinate on-site shoots and events.
• Edit content while maintaining brand standards and organize a searchable library.
• Monitor performance and use data to improve future content.
• Stay current on trends and recommend ideas suited to Rocket Air brands.
• Support special marketing projects, events, campaigns, and other needs.
• Perform other duties to support marketing initiatives.
