Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Construction Manager - Aviation to join our PM/CM team onsite in Philadelphia, PA, managing a high-value airport project for an esteemed aviation client.

You will oversee scope development, budgeting, scheduling, design and construction interfaces, and compliance with contract terms, FAA/airport policies, and safety requirements, delivering the project on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15 years or more experience on airport projects.
• Experience with projects > $50 million in value.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR and Design/Build.
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the project as primary liaison and airport/owner representative.
• Develop the project scope and ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
• Oversee procurement for designers and contractors and manage design reviews.
• Ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget per contractual obligations.
• Manage budgeting, schedules, and interfaces between owners, designers, and contractors.
• Oversee the construction process and mitigate obstacles affecting efficiency.
