Clune Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and completion of construction projects in Chicago, IL. You will manage budgets, bids, cost control, client relations, and site coordination with superintendents and design teams.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience in aviation interior fit-out, and a proven track record with a commercial general contractor. Salary range reflects broad project scope; extensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in internal fit-out aviation construction projects.
• Prior experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, and cost monitoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RFP responses, develop presentations and pitches.
• Coordinate internal team communication and with trade partners and design teams.
• Manage budgeting, bids, scope reviews and alignment of trade partner pricing.
• Monitor project costs, billing, and subcontract execution.
• Support closeout with owner documentation and punch lists, and forecast costs.
