As a Construction Manager, you'll lead Owner's Rep, Construction, and Airline‑related projects, supporting a wide range of aviation planning and client management services. You'll collaborate directly with airlines and airport stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do

• Support design and construction administration for one or multiple aviation clients.
• Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and track contractor progress.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, and logistics across project phases.

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with airports, airport operations, or airlines.
• Familiarity with project/construction management platforms.
• Aviation‑related experience (e.g., licensed pilot).
• Delivery of construction project under alternative delivery methods (CMAR, DB, PDB, etc.).

Projected Compensation Range: (130,000‑150,000+)
