AAA USA Inc is actively hiring an Aircraft Composite Technician to support major aerospace repair and manufacturing programs in multiple locations. We are seeking skilled aviation professionals with experience performing structural composite repairs, fabrication, and rework on commercial aircraft and aircraft components.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of aircraft composite repair experience including AOG support.
• Ability to read SRMs, CMMs, AMMs, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment and quality inspection tools.
• Must pass all required screening requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural composite repairs, fabrication, and rework on aircraft components per FAA data.
• Read and interpret SRMs, CMMs, AMMs, drawings, and work instructions.
• Fabricate, bond, repair, and modify composite/non-metallic structures using approved techniques.
• Verify dimensions with precision measuring equipment and inspection tools.
• Conduct first article inspections and in-process inspections.
• Document non-conforming conditions and support MRB activities.
• Maintain quality records and repair documentation.
• Use CAD/CAM tools and electronic work instructions for repairs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to meet specs.
• Support AOG maintenance while upholding safety and quality.
