Job summary

The role includes dimensional and visual inspections, certification reviews, and control of non-conforming items under AS9100 guidelines. Under limited supervision, you will mentor the Inspection team, inspect parts/materials, and ensure traceability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience using calipers, ring/pin gauges, comparator.
• 2+ years' QA inspection methods and reading/ interpreting drawings or blueprints.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel).
• Must pass a documented color and near vision exam.

Responsibilities

• Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements.
• Provides objective evidence of results.
• Segregates and controls non-conforming items; reviews and dispositions non-conformances.
• Inspects incoming parts/material and outgoing orders for correct certification; checks processing.
• Conducts dimensional inspections per design records and AQL levels; performs visual inspections for defects.
• Disposes and controls on-conforming products; maintains traceability per AS9100 and company standards.
