PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Product Acceptance Spec B in Enfield, CT. The role focuses on verifying product conformance and maintaining traceability per AS9100. You will inspect parts and certifications, mentor the QA team, and help ensure high quality across aerospace components.

Minimum 2+ years in QA inspection is expected; strong measurement tools knowledge (calipers, gauges) and MS Office proficiency are required. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Competenze

• 2+ years of related QA inspection experience.
• Experience using calipers, ring/pin gauges, comparator, and Smart Scope.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).

Mansioni

• Verify routine product conformance to design requirements.
• Provide objective evidence of results.
• Perform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring; identify and document discrepancies.
• Segregate and control non-conforming items and disposition non-conformances.
• Inspect incoming parts/materials and verify certifications; mentor the Inspection team.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections per design records and AQL levels.
• Review and disposition certification documents to meet traceability per AS9100 and company standards.
