Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of related experience.
• 1+ year experience removing/restoring aircraft assemblies.
• Experience assembling aircraft parts per drawings, specs, and manufacturing plans.
• Ability to construct/install/dismantle/relocate/modify/repair OEM equipment.
• Knowledge of wiring schematics and reading manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex production assembly on structural and mechanical assemblies and aircraft systems.
• Follow approved assembly procedures and OEM data.
• Utilize troubleshooting skills to repair/replace components.
• Understand structural modification/repair and electrical system function.
• Operate aircraft tools and test equipment such as torque wrenches, micrometers, etc.
• Apply procedures for drilling, riveting, and system installations per specs.
• Read engineering drawings and retrofit requirements to modify/repair.
• Maintain necessary certifications, licenses, and permits.
