Job summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Dallas is seeking a Repairs/Compls Coordinator to support daily work plans in the Trim Shop. Under supervision, you will coordinate tasks, ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion, and assist the service center as part of a unified team.

Responsibilities include maintaining job safety cards, ensuring paperwork, supporting lean initiatives, and assisting with training and equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. 5 years related experience in specific discipline or aircraft maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains Job Safe analyst Cards on assigned equipment.
• Supports supervisor in ensuring all department work is completed in a timely manner and meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• Fully supports the corporate safety, FOD and 5S programs.
• Assists the team to achieve milestone dates and meet goals through proficient hands-on work and ensuring required equipment and material are available.
• Ensures all required paperwork and documentation (ADTS, CDMS, CMP cards, R&I log and Corridor) are accomplished.
• Ensures design and engineering drawings are used and followed.
• Accomplishes weekly safety audits and assists team members in doing safety audits.
• Leads or serves on Lean and Quality Improvement teams to ensure goals are achieved.
• Assists in maintaining shop equipment and associated JSAs.

Education

Airframe and/or Powerplant License or Repairman Certificate
