Job summary

Marsh seeks an Associate Client Advisor in Atlanta/ NYC/ Chicago/ Dallas to join the Aviation team. This hybrid role requires in-office presence 3 days per week and focuses on risk management, advisory services, and client-facing solutions.

You will work with experienced colleagues to understand client priorities, develop risk solutions, and deliver proposals and renewals. Prior experience in marine insurance is valued and a P&C license is preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years industry experience along with Marine experience.
• P&C license a must, or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as lead advisory colleague on medium sized, less complex books of business.
• Develops understanding of clients' strategic priorities and risk management needs to advise effectively.
• Reviews client exposures and loss experience to develop solutions.
• Executes renewal/placement strategies with guidance from senior leaders.
• Assists in client presentations and suggests innovative solutions to win new business.
