Job summary

AIG is seeking an Aviation Claims Analyst IV to strengthen our NA Aviation claims expertise and help manage complex aviation losses. The role emphasizes independent work, collaboration with internal teams, and maintaining high service standards in a client-centric environment.

The position requires strong technical knowledge of aviation claims, cost containment, and excellent communication. It is based in our Atlanta office with a focus on delivering reliable, efficient outcomes for our clients

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical capability to adjust NA Aviation general aviation claims.
• Experience in minimizing total cost of aviation claims.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and brokers.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with claims systems and related computer tools.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and adjust Aviation claims across sub-classes, focusing on general aviation.
• Identify claim trends, lessons learned, and risk opportunities for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, including attorneys and experts, to minimize total cost of aviation claims.
