Job summary

Qualifications

• Must pass FBI background check and obtain US Customs Seal.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English; basic math.
• Current driver’s license with no violations in the past 5 years.
• Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Reads air waybill, bills of lading, or freight manifest to determine items to move.
• Conveys freight from receiving areas to storage or designated areas with forklift or transporter.
• Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials and distributes items.
• Opens containers for breakdown and records item counts.
• Weighs and counts items to ensure conformance to standards and air waybill.
• Performs cargo build-up and breakdowns to/from pallets, skids or ULDs.
