Job summary

TYLin seeks a technically driven Project Manager – CADD Management to lead the coordination, management, and delivery of digital design production for major airport programs. You will oversee CADD teams, establish standards, and drive automation and digital innovation in a fast-paced aviation environment. Newark, NJ location with opportunity to advance into project management while staying close to technical delivery.

Qualifications

• CADD,BIM or digital design management experience in aviation or large infrastructure projects.
• 5–10 years of progressively responsible experience in CADD,BIM, or digital design management.
• Experience leading CADD production teams on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and digital coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of CADD designers, BIM specialists, and drafting technicians.
• Develop production plans and staffing strategies to support multiple projects.
• Oversee preparation of design drawings, construction documents, and digital models.
• Establish and maintain CADD, BIM and digital design standards across teams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design production across architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and utilities.
• Ensure quality and compliance with client standards and TYLin procedures.
• Manage model coordination, drawing integration, clash resolution and document control.
• Support Design and Project Managers in monitoring schedules and milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and standardization.
• Mentor junior designers and coordinate with IT and Digital Practice teams.
