AAR Aircraft Services in Miami, FL is seeking a Cabin/Interiors Technician III with up to 5 years of heavy aircraft maintenance experience or a new graduate from technical or A&P programs. You will disassemble, inspect, repair and reinstall cabin furnishings, seats, galleys, lavatories and panels, and perform basic sheet metal work.

Strong reading of blueprints and manuals, plus familiarity with micrometers and calipers, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years aviation maintenance experience or new graduate from technical or A&P school.
• Able to communicate effectively in standard English.
• General mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.
• May or may not have an A&P license; basic tool use required.

Responsabilités

• Removal, disassembly, cleaning, inspecting, repairing and reinstalling cabin furnishings and equipment.
• Repair, adjustments and installation of aircraft seats and related components.
• Read blueprints and manuals to perform cabin reconfigurations and simple sheet metal work.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow FAA and customer standards.
