GA Telesis, a global aviation solutions leader, is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Group in Medley, Florida. This onsite role supports aviation operations, customer service, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will gather requirements, analyze data, build dashboards, and develop business cases. Collaboration with IT and vendors, UAT, and training will be part of daily responsibilities to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a business analyst in aviation or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to aviation operations, customer service, maintenance, and other areas.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for aviation operations.
• Assist in business cases, feasibility studies, and ROI analyses for projects.
• Support implementation of new systems with requirements, UAT, and training.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement aviation software solutions.
• Monitor data trends to drive efficiency in sales, repairs, inventory and ops.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide SME guidance on aviation data and trends.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
